Service Description

Aerial Hoop is a suspended steel hoop, rigged by one or two points. Your instructor will go through full warm up and cool at the beginning and at the end of each lesson you do strengthening, conditioning, Hoop Tricks, Transitions and Combos, building to a choreographed routine for each level.
